Lisa Beutel is an executive coach and leadership strategist with more than two decades of experience helping senior leaders and organizations navigate growth, complexity, and transformation. Her work blends systems thinking, pattern recognition, and evidence-based coaching with the operator's perspective that comes from having led inside complex organizations herself.

Lisa has held senior corporate roles in technology, consumer products, and higher education, building Talent and Leadership Centers of Excellence, designing enterprise leadership development strategies, and aligning talent initiatives with business priorities.
At Tyler Technologies, she built the company's first Talent Development Center of Excellence, serving 7,500+ employees across nine business units globally. At Ventura Foods, she led enterprise leadership development across 4,000+ employees during a period of organizational growth and transformation.
As Executive Director of the University of Dayton Center for Leadership & Executive Development, Lisa led the rapid expansion of the organization, tripling annual revenue, student enrollment, and total courses delivered in under four years, and expanding the Center's corporate partnerships from 16 to more than 65 organizations. The Center was a 2014 Business Journal Business of the Year finalist and received the 2018 Best Partner Award at the Conference on Management and Executive Development.
Coaching Practice
In addition to leading LeadersConnect, Lisa serves as an executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and as an affiliate coach with Leadership Alliance International (LAI).
Her work spans healthcare, technology, financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, energy, government, aerospace and defense, and sports and entertainment. She has supported leaders at companies including Procter & Gamble, Honda, General Electric, Elevance, PNC, Cargill, Copeland, Cleveland-Cliffs, AES, CareSource, Premier Health, Nationwide Insurance, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. National Air & Space Intelligence Center, among many others.

Athletics & the Coach's Mindset
A former athlete and lifelong sports fan, Lisa brings the mindset of a coach to her work: preparation, clarity, data, accountability, and heart.
Earlier in her career, she served as a college athletics administrator, director of sports marketing for an NCAA Division I program, basketball radio analyst, football podcaster, and AAU basketball and high school lacrosse coach — experiences that fuel her commitment to winning teams and high performance.
